Summary of Position

The ERP Specialist plays a key role in preparing the team for a successful ERP system launch.

Responsibilities

• Execute change management and training plans across all work streams in partnership with the digital team.
• Develop all communication mediums following the established standard and action plan, to keep all stakeholders informed about the ERP implementation process, key milestones, and changes.
• Design, organize, and deliver training sessions that help users effectively adopt and navigate the new ERP system.
• Identify and proactively address resistance to change before and after go-live.
• Champion a positive mindset toward change across the organization.

Skills and Experience

• Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work
• Experience in training, teaching,coaching
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Availability to travel for training, as needed

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
