In partnership with senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workplace safety. Provides support in the planning, development, implementation, administration of human resources functions including, but not limited to, the following: employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Develop and drive creative HR initiatives and activities. Advising company management in human resources policy and program matters. Serves as a liaison between the organization's management and its employees
